MCNP/4A code is used to calculate the leakage spectra of D T source from the vanadium sphere and the reaction rates of Al, Fe and Ⅴ foils in the assembly. The calculated results are compared with experiment results.

The new Ⅲ-grade 20MnSiV concrete steel was smelted in converter with vanadium bearing ball,i.e. the mixture composed of vanadium bearing slag and reductant.The results obtained show that while low-alloy steel is made, it is feasible and economic to replace ferrovanadium or V 2O 5 alloying with vanadium bearing ball alloying in molten steel ladle.

介绍了钒渣和还原剂的混合物—钒球在转炉上冶炼 2 0MnSiV生产新Ⅲ级钢筋的情况。试验表明 ,使用钒渣和还原剂的混合物—钒球代替钒铁或五氧化二钒在包内进行合金化生产低合金钢 ,不但在技术上可行 ,在经济上也是有利的。

A benchmark of vanadium shell with thickness of 10.5 cm is established. The purity of the material is 99.9%. The leakage neutron spectrum is measured using NE 213 spectrometer. The energy range of measured neutron spectrum is 0.75~15 MeV. The overall experimental error is 5%~7%. The transmissivity of neutron with energy≥0.75 MeV is 0.84±0.03. The measured result is compared with the calculated by using MCNP/4A code and FENDL 2 data bank.

建立了厚度为 1 0 5cm的金属钒球基准实验装置。钒的纯度为 99 9%。用NE 2 1 3谱仪测量了d T中子的 0 75~ 1 5MeV泄漏中子能谱 ,能量大于 0 75MeV的中子的穿透率为 0 84± 0 0 3 ,中子能谱实验误差为 5 %~ 7%。用MCNP/ 4AMonte Carlo程序和FENDL 2库核数据进行了模拟计算 ,并与实验结果进行了比较
