In this paper,a new acrylic resin retanning agent of SAT-I has been synthesized by using the optimum conditions which selective from polymerization reaction of acrylic resin and the excellent Mannich reagent.The result of application showed that it not only has excellent selective filling property but also can do help to overcome the question of pastel shades.

通过对丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂的合成条件及Mannich试剂的优化选择,合成了一种新型两性丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂SAT-I。应用结果表明,该复鞣剂不仅选择填充性能突出,而且对阴离子型丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂的“败色”现象有较大程度的改善。

In this article, the processing conditions of surface modification of Hubei Daye wollastonite are studied. The modified wollastonite is evaluated by some measurement methods such as sedimentation height in different solvent medium, surface contact angle method, infra red spectrometry and rubber packing test. The results indicate that the wollastonit is modified effectively and the filling performances of the modified wollastonites are greatly improved, which has been verified by the application experiments....

实验以湖北大冶硅灰石为原料 ,初步探讨了硅灰石表面改性的工艺条件。经沉降体积法、表面接触角、红外光谱等方法检测和填充橡胶试验证实 ,硅灰石得到了改性且其填充性能有明显的提高。

The superfine powder fillers of aluminum hydroxide were surface modified and were analyzed by using infrared spectrum. Results showed that the filling property of superfine powder was improved for its surface was organic transformed by the modifier. The modification mechanism was also studied.

 用甘油对氢氧化铝超细粉体填料进行表面改性,用红外光谱对改性样品进行分析,结果表明,改性后的填料表面被改性剂有机化,提高了其在有机物中的填充性能,研究了反应温度对氢氧化铝超细粉体填料活化指数的影响,并浅析了改性机理。
