Wollastonite is one of richest non-metallic mineral resources in China. The further processing of ultrafine crush and surface modification of the type Jiangxi Xinyu wollastonite are studied. Through measures such as activity index, surface contact angle method and infra-red spectrum, which all indicate that the wollastonite does have been modified effectively. The filling properties of the modified one are greatly improved, which has been confirmed by the application experiment.

硅灰石是中国优势非金属矿产资源之一,试验以典型的江西新余硅灰石为原料,进行了硅灰石超细粉碎与表面改性深加工粉体制备,经活性指数、表面接触角、红外光谱等方法测定,硅灰石确实得到改性,应用试验证实改性硅灰石的填充性能优异。

In this article, the processing of surface modification of Zhejiang Wenzhou illite was studied. The modified illite was evaluated by some measures such as surface contact angle method, infra-red spectrum method, which all indicated that the illite had been modified effectively. The filling properties of the modified one were greatly improved, which had been confirmed by the application experiment.

以浙江温州伊利石为原料,探讨了伊利石表面改性的工艺。经表面接触角、红外光谱等方法预先评价得知,伊利石的确得到改性。填充橡胶试验证实改性后伊利石的填充性能有显著提高。
