Hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile fibers under pressure (15 atm.) at 180-185° C by water gave a copolymer of acrylamide, acrylimide and the ammonium salt of acrylic acid and their homopolymers. The structure of the cooling-jacket for high temperature pressure sensor is presented in this paper.The distribution of temperature field of the cooling--jacket is calculated by the finite element method. Half of the axial symmetrical cooling-jacket is divided into many triangular units. The temperature inside the unit is separated into three apexes. The paramters of three boundary conditions are calculated by the theory of heat transfer,and the temperature of each apex is calculated by the finite element method....

The distrib-ution of temperature field of the cooling-jacket is obtained by computer data processing. Finally,the temperature of the cooling-jacket is measured. The results are in good agreement with the theoretical ones. The effect of cooling is very obvious. It shows that the design of the structure of the cooling-jacket is reasonable,and the finite element method is effective for calculating the temperature field at the cooling-jacket.

介绍一种高温压力传感器冷却套的结构,并用有限元法计算冷却套的温度场分布。将轴对称的冷却套半边划分为许多三角形单元,将单元内的温度离散到单元三个节点上。应用传热学理论计算出三类边界条件的参数,应用有限元法计算出各节点的温度。经过计算机数据处理,得到冷却套温度场的分布。最后,对冷却套温度进行实测,测试结果与理论计算较为接近,表明冷却套结构设计是合理的,并且用有限元法计算冷却套温度场分布是行之有效的。

At Present,no-asbestos materials like iron and copper fiber and sintered metals like copper-iron-tin are widely used for linings of disk brakes,which possess good water-recovery, stable friction factor μ and better wearlessness. There are slots on the lining surface, which can reduce noise when hot linings passing the disk surface holes and avoid the possible deformation of the lining due to the bimetal effect.

目前盘式制动器摩擦片材料广泛采用铁和铜类纤维的非石棉材料和铜、铁、锡在高温压力下烧结成的粉末冶金金属类材料。其具有良好的水衰退恢复性能;高温下摩擦因数μ稳定性好,耐磨性好;摩擦片表面开有沟槽,可防热摩擦片在通过制动盘表孔时发出噪声的效果,同时可防止由于双金属效应,可能引起摩擦片弯曲变形。
