首次提出了一种新的堆焊方法──磁控电弧粉末膏堆焊 ̄[1][2],并阐述了该种堆焊方法的原理、特点及主要工艺参数。文中给出了基材为0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢,焊接材料采用司太立6(Stellite6)钴基合金粉末的堆焊试板和零件的性能试验结果,包括机械性能测试、硬度测定、金相检验、堆焊层化学成份分析及晶间腐蚀检验等。根据以上工艺试验和理化检验的结果,提出该种堆焊新方法的适用范围及其在核电站设备和港航设备零件堆焊中的应用实例
