In this paper,a global convergence with stability proof is presented. The dual criterion is to be minimised with the polynomial spectral factorization. A discrete linear SISO stochastic system with correlated noise is considered. This algorithm can be applied to non-minimum phase system,open-loop unstable system. The resultstthe sequence of input and output is a global stability,and the error of predict and track is a global convergence.
