In this paper, the film preparation method of a new inorganic electrochromic material-iridium oxide is described. The electrochromic characteristics of anodic iridium oxide films and sputtered iridium oxide films prepared by the method are discussed. Also,a new method preparing electrochromic iridium oxide films-reactive ion plating method is given, Finally, the ECD devices using such films are inavestigated.

本文概述了新型无机电致变色材料——氧化铱膜的制备方法。并讨论了用这些方法制备的阳极氧化铱膜——AIROF(Anodic Iridium OxideFilm)和溅射氧化铱膜——SIROF(Sputtered Iridium Oxide Film)及其显示器件(ECD)的电致变色特性。并且提出一种制备氧化铱电致变色膜的新方法——反应离子镀膜法。用反应离子镀膜法制备的氧化铱膜——RIROF(Reactive-Ion-Platef Iridium Oxide Film)做成ECD器件,在注入不同电解质溶液的情况下,研究了这些器件的电致变色特性。实验得到注入水溶液电解质的器件能够着色和消色,而注入非水溶液电解质的器件则无电致变色效应。在注入0.5MNa_2SO_4水溶液电解质的器件中,最好的响应时间可达300ms,着色状态为灰黑色。最后根据实验结果讨论氧化铱膜的电致变色机理。

Using the anodic oxidation technique,anodic iridium oxide films (AIROF) have been grown on the grass substrate coated with an ITO or SnO_2 transparent conductive layer.The electrochromism and other performances of the AIROF are investigated and analysed.

本文采用阳极氧化的方法,在敷有ITO或SnO_2透明导电层的玻璃基片上,制备了一种阳极氧化铱电致变色膜(AIROF),并对这种膜的电致变色特性以及其它一些性能进行了测试和分析。

Electrochromic and electrochemical properties of the evaporated nickel oxide films on two different transparent conducting layers have been studied,and optical absorptance and electrochromic properties of nickel oxide films prepared by various methods are analysed. According to the resuits, the absorption mechanism of nickel oxide films, similar to those of WO_3 films, is proposed.
