A pilot plant scale test of polyester wastewater treatment was conducted by upflaw anaerobic sludge bed (hydrolysis)and biological contact oxidation pond (aerobic). When the influ ent CODcr concentration is 1200 mg/mL,and CODcr concentration of the effluent treated by hydrolysis-aerobic process is 169. 1mg/L. If the coagulation sedimentation process is put into operation following hydrolysis-aerobic process,the final effluent Codger concentration can be reduced to 80 mg/L.

报道了用上流式厌氧污泥床和生物接触氧化地对涤纶厂聚酯废水所进行的中试。当上流式厌氧污泥床进水CODcr浓度为1200mg/L,经水解─好氧工艺处理后,好氧油出水的CODcr浓度为169.1mg/L,进一步混凝沉淀处理后,出水CODcr达80mg/L。

The influencing factors and efficiency are studied when the process of attached anoxic oxic biological film process is applied to the treatment of polyester wastewater. When the COD Cr of influent is lower than 1?400 mg/L, organic load of anoxic zone is less than 3 36 kg/(m 3·d) and total HRT is 18 h, the removal rate of COD Cr is above 90%. The anoxic zone improves the biodegradability of pollutants effectively and plenty of microorganisms enhance the durability against shock loading.

研究了附着缺氧好氧生物膜工艺处理聚酯废水的影响因素及效率 .结果表明 :当进水重铬酸钾化学耗氧量低于 140 0mg/L ,其缺氧段有机负荷小于 3 36kg/ (m3·d) ,总停留时间为 18h时 ,重铬酸钾化学耗氧量去除率大于 90 % .工艺中缺氧段有效地提高废水的可生化性 ,丰富的生物相及生物量增强了系统耐冲击负荷的能力

聚酯废水是一种较难处理的高浓度废水 ,本文介绍了一种采用UASB(升流式厌氧污泥床反应器 ) +活性污泥法为主的工艺处理聚酯废水的工程实例。实践证明当进水COD 60 0 0mg·L- 1,BOD5 2 4 0 0mg·L- 1左右时 ,经本工艺处理后出水COD小于 150mg·L- 1,完全可以达到排放标准。这种方法操作方便 ,运行管理简单。
