This paper introduced the correct choice and application method of machinery and equipments in asphalt concrete road rolling compaction and the main factors which affect the rolling compaction result of asphalt materi- als.It also presented problems which should be attended to in the rolling compaction of asphalt materials.

Thanks to the reasonable arrangement of stone pit,convenient and unhindered construction access road net work and corollary excavation,transportation,rolling equipments etc.,the concrete faced rockfill dam of Shanxi reservoir was filled at an average rate of more than 300 thousand m\+3 per month in successive 10 months,with monthly maximum intensity of 457.3 thousand m\+3,rising simultaneously over the whole dam section.There was basically no transfer stock ground for rockfill material,and 96% of stone material from major stone pit was directly transported onto the dam.The filling of the dam met the safety requirement of construction during the bai-u rainy period and the typhoon period in 1999.The simultaneously rising over the whole dam section and the advanced progress were advantageous to controlling the deformation of the dam and facing element concrete.

珊溪水库面板堆石坝填筑由于有合理的料场规划、方便顺畅的施工交通道路网及配套的开挖、运输、碾压设备等 ,使大坝填筑自 1998年 11月起至 1999年 8月 ,连续 10个月坝体填筑量平均在 3 0万m3 以上 ,月填筑量最大为 45 .73万m3 ,且做到全断面上升 ,堆石料基本无周转料场 ,主料场石料直接上坝约 96%。大坝填筑保证了 1999年度梅汛和度台汛要求。全断面上升进度提前有利于控制坝体面板混凝土的变形。

Three construction technologies for protecting the upstream bedding layer slope surface of concrete face rockfill dams by using roller compacted cement mortar, sprayed emulsified asphalt and extruded concrete are presented. Analysis and comparison of the three bedding layer slope surface protection methods are conducted in reliability, constraint on concrete face, construction rate, their effect on the placement of bedding materials and economic reasonableness.The slope surface protection by roller compacted mortar is of ripe construction technology, high construction rate, low cost and good results, and the same roller compacting equipment as that for bedding layer compaction can be used. Roller compacted mortar has been extensively applied to the construction of faced rockfill dams in China.

介绍了面板堆石坝上游垫层坡面采用碾压水泥砂浆、喷洒乳化沥青、挤压混凝土等 3种护面方式的施工工艺 ,并对 3种护面方式从可靠性、对面板的约束、施工速度及其对垫层料填筑的影响和经济等方面进行了分析和比较。碾压砂浆护面的施工技术成熟 ,施工速度较快 ,砂浆的碾压可以利用垫层坡面碾压设备 ,投资较少 ,垫层护面效果较好。该方案实施以来 ,未出现大的技术问题。因此 ,碾压砂浆是上游坡面的重要保护措施之一 ,在我国面板坝施工中是使用较广泛的方案。可为面板堆石坝上游垫层坡面保护的设计和施工提供参考依据。
