    This paper presents a concept about the degree of reliability for test requirement by using the tolerance limlt statistical method about normal distribution random variable and then obtains a statistical formula for developing the shock test specification, and computes the tables of the factor K about the single ended upper confidence limit from the tables of non-central t-distribution.
