A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the determination of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS) in the wastewater from synthetic detergent industry was presented. The LAS was quantitatively determined by HPLC equipped with a C18 reversed-phase column using methanol/water solution as the mobile phase. The column effluents were monitored with a fluorescence spectrophtometer at 232 nm(excitation) and 290 nm(emission). Before chromatographic determination, the samples were filtered through a millipore filter. It was found that the recoveries of LAS in wastewater were 82±5%; the detection limit was 0.016 mg/1, and the coefficients of variation were 0.8-2,4% at 17-24 mg/1 concentration.

采用反相高压液体色谱(HPLC)荧光法测定合成洗涤剂废水中的直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS),激发波长为232nm,发射波长为290nm。使用国产C_(18)色谱柱,甲醇/水体系作流动相,水样经微孔膜过滤后直接进入HPLC仪分析。当废水样中LAS浓度在17—24mg/l时,变异系数为0.8—2.4%;水样加标加收率为82±5%;最低检测浓度为0.016mg/l。

In this paper, we study the mechanism of eliminating COD and LAS from the waste water of synthetic detergent with different forms of poly-FeCl_3. The optimum technological conditions for the coagulation treatment are determined, which make the rate of eliminating COD from the waste water exceed 90%.

本文讨论了聚合氯化铁除去合成洗涤剂废水COD和烷基苯磺酸钠的机理,确定了混凝处理的最佳工艺条件,使废水COD除去率达90%以上.

Through the contrastive experiments with several usual flocculants for treating synthetic detergent wastewater,screened out polyferric sulfate flocculant and ob- tained the optimum technological conditions and flowchart.The result showed that the con- centration of COD and pH value of the treated water came up to the national discharge stan- dards.Features of this method were low cost and easy to operate.

通过几种常用的混凝剂处理合成洗涤剂废水的对比试验,从多种混凝剂中筛选出聚合硫酸铁混凝剂,并得出最佳的工艺条件和流程。试验结果表明,处理后出水 COD 值和 pH 均能达到国家排放标准。该法具有费用低、管理方便等特点。
