Experimental results show that by using an injection angle smaller than 3° for the bubble garnet films, not only the implantation energy can be appreciably reduced, also a sufficient damage can be brought out to suppress hard bubbles, making it possible to manufacture charged wall bubble devices.

The influence of conditions of dual implanted H13 steel on resistance in wear and corrosion was studied. The formation conditions of phases in resistance in wear and corrosion and it's effects on resistance of wear and c orrosion were researched. The results showed that super saturation solid station solution of W and C atoms was formed in tungsten plus carbon dual implanted steel. The phases of Fe 2W, FeW, WC, Fe 5C 3 and Fe 7C 3 were formed in dual implanted surface of steel. Therefore the surface layer was strengthened and the resistance in wear and corrosion was enhanced. because the dual implantation with both advantage of W and C single implantation, so that the resistance in wear and corrosion of dual implantation is better than single implantation. The corrosion resistance of the dual implantation was enhanced following increase in ion dose. When the W ion dose was 6×10 17 cm -2 in the dual implantation, J p of sample W5C8 is 26.7~33.3 times less than J p in H13 steel, comparing with samples C5W5 the J p is 16~20 times less then that J p in H13 steel.

首次研究了钨和碳双注入对抗磨损和抗腐蚀特性的影响 ,研究了抗磨损和抗腐蚀相生成的条件 ,以及这些相对抗磨损和抗腐蚀特性的作用 ,并对其改性机理进行了讨论。实验结果表明 ,钨和碳双注入H13钢可在注入层中形成超饱和的钨和碳原子浓度。因此在注入层中形成钨的碳化物WC和W2 C相、合金相Fe2 W和Fe2 W6C等 ,这些弥散相不但可以使注入层强化 ,而且也可增强表面磨损和抗腐蚀特性 ;钨和碳双注入具有钨和碳单注入的特性 ,所以能进一步地提高H13钢的抗腐蚀性 ,随着W和C注入剂量的增加 ,抗磨损和抗腐蚀特性进一步提高 ;抗磨损特性可改善 2倍。双注入样品抗腐蚀特性也有明显地提高 ,如样品W5C8的腐蚀电流峰值密度Jp 经 5 5个周期腐蚀后 ,其值是H13钢Jp 的 1/ 2 6 .7~ 1/ 33 .3,而钨样品C5W5经过 88个周期腐蚀后 ,其值是H13钢的 1/ 16~ 1/ 2 0
