The authors estimated several indexes sueh as PH, TVB-N, ET chromatic reaction of 40 pork samples, the results showed 19.5% pork belonged to sub-fresh and mouldy meat, 11.8% pork to dead meat. The parallel degree of eight indexes on the basis of microganism toxin was higher (70%). but no significant difference (P>0.05). The present also reviewed more sensitive and accuracy of these methods for evaluating meat hygiene quality.

本文测定了兰州市农贸市场40头份肉样的pH值,挥发性盐基氮(TVB—N),微生物毒素(ET)呈色反应等指标,结果表明,兰州市铁路新村农贸市场上仍有19.5%属于次鲜肉和变质肉,11.8%属于病(死)肉。以微生物毒素为基数的八项指标平行程度较高(70%),并无显著性差异(P>0.05),论证了这几种方法对评定肉品卫生质量有较高的灵敏性和准确性。

The management system of hydatid disease control was divided into regulatory manage- ment system(subsystems of management and deworming of dogs,slaughtering management of animals and management subsystem of human hydatid control)and basic management sys- tem(subsystems of health education and monitoring).In order to measure and evaluate the hydatid control efforts promptly and comprehensively,targets of subsystems for evaluation were set up. The management system of hydatid disease control was divided into regulatory manage- ment system(subsystems of management and deworming of dogs,slaughtering management of animals and management subsystem of human hydatid control)and basic management sys- tem(subsystems of health education and monitoring).In order to measure and evaluate the hydatid control efforts promptly and comprehensively,targets of subsystems for evaluation were set up. Subsystem of health education included popularization rate of propaganda and educa- tion,cognition rate and behavioral comparison.Popularization rate was quantified by aver- age amount of publicity materials possessed by everybody,average person-time of receiving propagation and the ratio of persons attending systematic learning of hygienic knowledge on hydatid disease to the whole population.A comparison of change of attitude and guidance of actions(including practice of feeding dogs)before and after launching health education was made by the correctness rate of answering the questions of five essential contents of knowl edge on hydatid disease in questionnaire. Subsystem of management and deworming of dogs was concerned with Echinococcus granulosus infection rate of dogs as determined by necropsy or arecoline purge technique.se lective examination of dog owner's card for raising dog,verification of registration rate of dogs by veterinarian records of deworming,quality analysis of deworming by sampling of de- worming records of dogs in the whole year,the annual mean deworming frequency of dog population by village and the qualified frequency with interval of deworming within 45 days. Meat inspection rate and disposal rate of discarded visceral organs served as targets of sani- tary inspection. Management subsystem of human hydatid control included mass screening rate as con- firmed by seropositive or cyst imaging rate and treatment rate of patients detected. The evaluation system and targets experienced field trials in three pilot project counties and were found to have practical,objective and quantified characteristics.The organic rela- tion between the systems and the rationality of design make it feasible to give a comprehen- sive evaluation of hydatid control efforts.

包虫病防治管理系统分为制度管理系统(犬的管理、驱虫子系统;屠宰管理子系统;人防治管理子系统)和基础管理系统(健康教育子系统;监测报告系统)。健康教育子系统设三个考核内容:宣传教育的普及率、知晓率和行为对比.普及率采用人均占有宣教品的数量、人均接受大众传播媒介的次数和参加有组织学习的人群比例来量化.通过知识问题答卷调查方式确定社会对包虫病五个基本知识点的知晓情况;对比教育前后人们安全养犬行为(包括喂犬习性)变化。犬的管理驱虫子系统三个考核内容:采用剖解或槟榔碱泻下法测定犬的细粒棘球绦虫感染率;抽查犬主养犬证和兽医驱虫记录核对犬的登记率;对犬的全年驱虫纪录进行抽样统计犬的驱虫质量;以乡为单位计算犬群年平均驱虫次数和驱次间隔为45天内的合格驱次率.肉品卫生检验率和废弃脏器处理率作为屠宰卫生管理的指标。人的防治体系的考评内容为人的包虫病普查率(采用血清学或物理影像诊断方法)和医治率(指对筛查出的病人能及时手术或药物治疗).这个评价体系和指标经过三个防治试点县现场应用具有实用、客观、可量化的特点。各体系间有机的关联和设置的合理性易于综合评价防治效果。
