A novel charge-retention circuit, which can deal with the issue of dead time occurring in the self-driving circuit for synchronous rectifier typically adopted on the secondary side of the following topologies: dual-switch forward converter, resonant reset forward converter, RCD reset forward converter, is presented in this paper. Comparing with the existing charge-retention driving circuit, it has the merits of simplified structure, shorter common conduction time, better immunity to interference and reduced driving loss. Finally, both the validity and practicability are verified by the experimental results.

To supply appropriate topology for standard module application of medium-low power range power electronics system integration under high-line input,a scheme of asymmetrical dual-switch forward converter topologies was presented.By applying proper connection of switches and effective reset method,topologies of resistor-capacitor-diode(RCD) reset asymmetrical dual-switch forward converter,resonant reset asymmetrical dual-switch forward converter,and active-clamped asymmetrical dual-switch forward converter were proposed.Characteristics of these topologies were analyzed for comparison among them.Results show that performance of active-clamped asymmetrical dual-switch forward converter is the highest,the configuration is the most complex and the cost is the highest.Performance of RCD reset asymmetrical dual-switch forward converter is the lowest,the configuration is the simplest and the cost is the lowest.The presented topologies feature both lower voltage stress of switches and good adaptability of wide range input,and are very suitable for standard module application of power electronics system integration under high-line input.

为了给中小功率较高输入电压系统集成中的标准模块提供合适的拓扑,提出了不对称双管正激变换器拓扑的解决方案.该方案利用合理的开关联接和高效的复位方式,构造出了电阻电容二极管(RCD)复位不对称双管正激变换器、谐振复位不对称双管正激变换器和有源箝位不对称双管正激变换器的拓扑.对这三种变换器进行了分析和比较.结果表明,有源箝位不对称双管正激变换器性能最佳,结构最复杂,成本最高.RCD复位不对称双管正激变换器性能相对最差,结构最简单,成本最低.这三种变换器能降低开关的电压应力,可以工作于宽输入电压变换范围,非常适合应用于较高输入电压的电力电子系统集成标准模块中.
