The analysis of hierarchy process (AHP) and dynamic programming were combined and the model of dynamic programming for searching optimization was presented. Based on above work the software of scheme design for wheat combine harvester was developed. The practical tests proved that the model of dynamic programming for searching optimization was reasonable and quick in searching optimization. 根据结构模块化设计方法的特点 ,对小麦联合收获机的方案设计过程进行了研究 ,将层次分析法和动态规划结合起来 ,提出了动态规划寻优评价模型 ,并在此基础上开发出小麦联合收获机方案设计的软件系统。实践表明 ,动态规划寻优评价模型合理 ,寻优速度快。 Five primary parameters including top cone angle, height of separating barrel, quantity of orienting slices, rotate speed of catching impurity fan, rotate speed of winnower were selected with self-fabricating test-bed. The optimal result of all factors was educed through orthogonal experiment, quadratic universal rotary assembly experiment and optimum design, and some reference and gist were provided for designing separating cleaning system of micro- combine harvester of wheat. 利用自制清选系统试验台,选择影响清选性能指标的5个主要参数,分离筒上锥角、筒体高度、导向片数量、吸杂风机转速和扬谷器转速作为设计变量,通过正交试验、二次通用旋转组合试验和优化设计,得出了各参数的最优组合,为微型小麦联合收获机清选系统的设计提供了依据。
