No significant difference was observed for variousparameters between groups lreated by normal sdlinednd by Apo MT(the protein content was the same asCdMT).However, severe renal tubular damage was ob-served in the ratS treated only by CdMT.It is very in-teresting that the level of urinary Cd excretion in-creased at 4h after ApoMT or GSH administration to-gether with CdMT at the same time, and the action ofGSH was superior The results suggest that Cvs in-creases the Cd accumulation in kidneys, but ApoMTor GSH could decrease it GSH is more effectivc thanApoMT.Rcnal MT concentration is not increased bythe administration of ApoMT, Cys or GSH. AlthoughMT synthesis requires cysteine, there is no evidencethat GSH, ApoMT or Cvsitself has an additional func-tion in the MT synthesis .These findings indicate thatsubcutaneous injection of three thiols has protective ef-fect against CdMT nephrotoxicity through differentmechanisms.

本实验在家兔HgCl_2中毒性急性肾衰的模型上,观察了中分子物质的变化及肠道吸附剂对中分子物质、BUN和其它一些指标的作用。实验中见到:(1)实验组血液pH比对照组显著下降(P<0.001),而血浆BUN和K+均比对照组明显升高(P<0.001);肠道吸附剂组血液pH比实验组升高(P<0.01),而血浆BUN和K+却显著降低(P<0.001和P<0.002)。(2)实验组血浆中分子物质比对照组显著升高(P<0.001),而吸附剂组则比实验组有明显降低(P<0.01)。(3)吸附剂组肾组织形态学和尿液成分的变化都较实验组有明显改善。上述结果提示,中分子物质在中毒性急性肾衰中有作用,而且肠道吸附剂可作为这种肾衰的防治性药物。

The effects of apo-metallothionein (ApoMT ) against cadmium-metallothionein (CdMT) nephrotoxicity were studied in male Wistar rats. The results showed that ApoMT can decrease the urinary protein content and urinary alkaline phosphatase activity and prove the urinary Cd excreation comparing with the rats treated only by CdMT. Morphologically, the degree of the renal tubular damage was reduced. These findings indicated that ApoMT has the protective role aginst CdMT nephrotoxicity.

本文研究了去除金属离子的金属硫蛋白(ApoMT)对镉金属硫蛋白(CdMT)肾毒性作用的影响。结果发现,与单独给予CdMT比较,ApoMT能降低尿蛋白量和尿碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,并能促进尿Cd的排泄。肾组织形态学结果显示肾近曲小管损伤程度明显减轻。提示ApoMT对CdMT肾小管损伤具有保护作用。
