A novel approach of modeling the power stage of soft switching full bridge dc/dc converter with an auxiliary resonant commutating network(ARCN) is presented. On the basis of the equivalent circuit model, the dynamic characteristics of the power stage such as control to output transfer function G vd ( s ), control to inductor current G id ( s ), audio susceptibility G vg ( s ) are analyzed. The effect of the ARCN on the dynamic model of the power stage is clearly revealed. The simulation results verified that the modeling approach to the novel soft switching FB DC/DC converter with ARCN is reasonable.

提出了一种新型的利用辅助谐振换流网络(ARCN)实现软开关的全桥变换器的建模方法。首先分析了软开关变换器的工作波形特点,用等效面积法推导出主变压器的有效占空比Deff,然后将Deff进行偏微分线性化处理,得到了ARCN软开关全桥变换器的小信号电路模型。在此电路模型的基础上,建立了功率主回路的三种传递函数模型。该传递函数模型清楚地揭示了辅助谐振换流网络对动态性能的影响。仿真结果验证了该建模方法的正确性。

This paper DC presents a novel soft switching full bridge PWM dc/dc converter with an auxiliary resonant commutating network(ARCN). The operating principles are analyzed and the parameter design procedures for the power stage and the ARCN are introduced. As both the four IGBTs in the primary main circuit and the four rectifier diodes in the secondary side can operate under zero voltage switching(ZVS) condition, and the two auxiliary switches in ARCN operate under zero current switching(ZCS) condition, the switching losses of all the power switching components are reduced greatly. A 30 A/7.8 kW prototype has been developed to verify the proposed converter. The experimental results show that all power switches(IGBTs and high frequency rectifier diodes) work with soft switching state in wide line and load range. As a result of this, the converter efficiency can reach 97%.

提出了利用辅助谐振换流网络实现软开关的一种新型全桥变换器,分析了工作原理,给出了设计方法,详细讨论了功率主电路元件与辅助谐振换流网络的参数设计。由于在各种工况下,主电路的功率开关器件工作于零电压开关状态,使开关器件工作于高频情况下的开关损耗明显下降。此设计方法已应用于7.8kW的高频软开关逆变式充电机,使整机效率高达95%。实验结果验证了ARCN新型软开关全桥变换器的优越特性与参数设计的合理性。
