An analytical procedure for the determination of C12-C20 saturated aliphatic acids and oleic, linoleic, linolenic acids, major toxic constituents in effluents from pulp and paper mills, is presented. Extraction with petroleum ether/acetone/methanol retards the forming of emulsions. Cu (Ac) 2-H2SO4-CH3OH are selected as estering agents and petroleum ether is used as extraction agent. An analytical procedure for the determination of C12-C20 saturated aliphatic acids and oleic, linoleic, linolenic acids, major toxic constituents in effluents from pulp and paper mills, is presented. Extraction with petroleum ether/acetone/methanol retards the forming of emulsions. Cu (Ac) 2-H2SO4-CH3OH are selected as estering agents and petroleum ether is used as extraction agent. The method is relatively simple, with low toxicity and good repeatability. Aliphatic acid pollutants mixed with phenols and chlorinated phenols can be successfully determined in a 2-metre full-column GLC of PDEGS, etc. Phenols can be relatively separated from aliphatic acids, thus rendering further analysis of phenols being possible. Results obtained reveal that aliphatic acids of similar structures exist in black liquor from wheat straw digestion, in effluents from the screening room and the bleachery of kraft mills (wood pulp) and in total mill effluents from either straw pulp mills or kraft wood pulp mills. Toxic C18-unsaturated acids contents may amount to as much as 100-200 ppm in straw black liquor and in kraft mill effluents. The precision of the method (variation coefficient) is less than 10%. The rate of collection is more than 85%. Minimum determined concentration of all aliphatic acids is less than 0.1 ppm. It meets with the requirements set for industrial effluent analysis. Pre-treatment procedures are discussed and compared. A brief account on the employment of thin layer chromatographic technique for paper mill effluents is also presented in the paper.

本文介绍了造纸废水中C_1~2—C_20饱和脂肪酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等主要毒性污染物的测定方法。本法采用石油醚/丙酮/甲醇混合溶剂做为提取剂,避免了乳化现象。选用醋酸铜-硫酸-甲醇做为酯化剂,石油醚提取脂肪酸甲酯。本法操作简便,试剂毒性小,重现性好。在造纸废水中有大量酚及氯代酚等存在的情况下,能在2米长的填充柱气相色谱上成功地测定脂肪酸污染物。在定性上,不用昂贵的质谱仪,而用气相色谱法多种方法联合定性。本方法能使酸与酚较完全分离,为酚的全分析准备了条件。测定结果表明,碱法麦草浆黑液、硫酸盐木浆中段废水、草浆与木浆的总排水中含脂肪酸种类大致相同。几种毒性较大的C_1_8不饱和酸,在草浆黑液和木浆中段废水中多达几十到二百ppm,回收率大于85%,各种脂肪酸的最小检出浓度都小于0.1ppm,基本满足了工业废水测定的要求。 本文比较了几种前处理方法,也介绍了LBC-1离心薄层仪在造纸废水分析中的应用。

This article deals with the optimum working conditions which separate and enrich the trace element, such as cadmium, lead and copper in water samples by means of ionexchange and which determine them on three hole ring oven. In using this method there is little interference, but high sensitivity and good selectivivy, etc. The lowest level of determination is 5ng of cd~(2+), Iong of pb~(2+), cu.~(2+) This method is suitable to the analysis of natural water and industral waste water.

本文研究离子交换分离富集水样中微量元素镉、铅、铜及在三孔环炉上进行测定的最佳工作条件。该法具有干扰少、灵敏度高、选择性好等优点。检测下限Cd~(2+)为5ng,pb~(2+)、Cu~(3+)为10ng,可用于天然水及一些工业废水的分析。

The fluorescence of the Ag+-H2QS-K2S2O8 system was greatly enhanced by cinnamic acid in the solution of pH 10. The excitation maximum occured at 325nm with fluorescence occurred at 420nm.The sensitivity of this reaction is eight-fold higher than that of the reaction in an acid medium(pH1.5-3.5) without the cinnamic acid and the detection limit was found to be 2.0 μg/L. The influece of foreign ions can be eliminatied by ion exchange separation by using a column of anion exchanger of EDTA type.

在弱碱性(pH10)介质中桂皮酸盐可以增加Ag~+_-H_2QS-K_2S_2O_8体系的荧光强度。其最大激发和发射波长分别为325nm和420nm,当Ag~+浓度在2~40μgL~(-1)范围内时,荧光强度与之成良好的线性关系。共存重金属离子的影响可用EDTA型阴离子交换柱除去。据此拟定的分析程序用于废水分析结果良好。
