The changes and mechanism of internal dissipation of C/AL composite materials with different interfacial bonding strength after thermal cycling under external load are studied. It is found that the internal friction increases monotonically with the cycling numbers for C/L2 with relatively poor interfacial bonding, and this is mainly due to the local interfacial debonding. whereas,there is a peak at the curve of internal friction versus cycling numbers for C/LD2 with strong interfacial bonding,and this is mainly...

应用电镜及X线衍射技术,研究了高温下Ni_(75)Al_(16.6)Cr_(7.84)Zr_(0.45)B_(0.1)Mg_(0.01)合金晶界失效行为。经1180℃保温,由于偏聚晶界区Mg含量(at.-%)达15-19。同时Zr含量(at,-%)明显增大可达28-33;并观察到局部晶界共晶熔化现象。通过1000℃固溶及变温热循环处理,合金中晶内出现CrN相沉淀,沿晶界有Cr2(C,N)相析出。

In this paper,the research of he microlens arrays formation in photosensitive glass is made.The photosensitive glass is exposed using a deep UV light exposure unit and heated through a thermal cycle with a hxagonal closed packed arrangement,a microlens arrays with dismeter of 400μm,sag of 9μm is fabricated in our experiment.

对特种光敏玻璃及其微透镜列阵的成型机理及制作工艺进行了研究。采用六角密排结构,在远紫外线下曝光,问时进行热循环处理,成功制作出直径为400μm、表面凸起高度达9.0μm的微透镜列阵。
