Based on the low evaporation temperature of organic semiconductors, a radioactive heater-crucible assembly was developed for vacuum evaporation coating and sputtering coating systems. Experiments showed a favorable result after the evaporation of powdered organic materials and heating the substrate samples during sputtering. The novel radioactive heater-crucible assembly has advantages of low cost and high heating efficiency and can be applied widely to many fields, such as vacuum physics tests, teaching demonstration...

针对有机半导体材料的蒸发温度低的特点,设计并制作了低温辐射式加热器。通过对有机粉料的蒸发溅射时样片衬底的加热实验,取得了良好效果。其制作成本低,加热效率高,同时又提高了设备功效,是一种多功能辐射式加热器。在真空物理实验、教学和相关科研中有着广泛的应用前景。
