This paper describes the simulation research of transient performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive fed by current-controlled PWM inverter. For this purpose, the voltage equations of PM synchronous motor with constant current source are set up. And the traditional torque equation is properly improved to meet the real condition of transient process. Furthermore, the effect of iron core saturation, rotor resistance and moment of inertia on performance of drive system are studied respectively.

Experiments on pressure pneumatic control system equipment result in a simplified maths model. Emulation based on the model shows small parameter error and it is suitable in real system on-line identification. Therefore, it can form a kind of simple self-adaptive PID control systems. For some nonlinear real objects, by the use of the damped oscillation closed-loop identification method and restraining the range of the regulated parameter, the object model obtained is close to the normal operating mode and has engineering applicable values.

本文概述了对象数学模型衰减振荡闭环工程辨识方法的理论基础,并在压力气动仪表控制系统实验装置上作了试验,求得了实验压力对象的简化数学模型.根据所得模型,应用仿真程序,在微型机上进行了数字仿真.仿真结果表明:参数误差较小,可适用于实际系统的在线辨识,为构成一类简单的自适应PID控制系统创造了条件.对一些具有非线性特性的实际对象,采用衰减振荡闭环试验方法,限制被调参数的变化范围,得到的对象模型比较接近正常工况,具有工程应用的价值.
