According to the different condi tions of metal based,nonmetal based wet and dry friction system, the influence of elasticity, thermal expansion and wear of friction system on lining load distribution of brakes is analyzed. Two existing disputed models of 1ining load distribution are unified and a new model for metal based wet friction system is put forward that the lining load is directly proportional to the lining radius.

在自制的销/盘式干摩擦磨损试验机上,采用热电偶测量了不同工况条件、不同成分及组织含磷蠕墨铸铁摩擦副的温度场,系统地研究了含磷蠕墨铸铁干摩擦表面温度场的特性及影响因素。结果表明,含磷蠕墨铸铁的干摩擦温度场在摩擦过程中,有一个由不稳定态向稳定态变化的过程。摩擦表面温度及温度梯度的大小,取决于摩擦过程向干摩擦系统输入能量的多少与材料导热能力的大小。

Based on the incremental harmonic balance method for calculating response and the substructural method for solving Riccati equation,the response computational method for one-degree of freedom bilinear hysteretic oscillator with viscous damping LQ control system is obtained,and the corresponding numerical example is given in the paper,which procides theoretical foundation for engineering application.

本文在用增量谐波平衡法求解系统响应和用子结构法求解Riccati方程的基础上 ,进一步研究了单自由度含有粘性阻尼双线性滞迟恢复力LQ控制系统在简谐激励下的响应计算问题 ,并给出相应算例 ,为干摩擦系统在工程中的应用提供了理论依据。
