The conditions of coprecipitation for producing red emitting phosphors Y_2WO_6 : Eu~3 have been studied. It Was found that the emission intensity of the phosphor obtained from coprecipitation at pH=9 has increased by 25%as compared with that of which prepared from the conventional oxides mixed method.

本文以共沉淀法制备出Y_2WO_?:Eu~(3+)红色磷光体并研究了不同的制备条件对磷光体组成及其发光性能的影响.用共沉淀法与混合氧化物法所制Y_2WO_?:Eu~(3+)磷光体的发光性能进行了对比,在253.7nm紫外光激发下,共沉淀法所得Y_2WO_?:Eu~(3+)的相对发光亮度可比混合氧化物法的提高25%左右.

The red Phosphor CaS: Bi3+ has been synthesiyed by using CaSO4,Bi2O3,NH4Cl. Carbon Powder at 1 100℃~-1 150 ℃for 6~8 h, The excitation and emission spectra have been measured too. The red emission band peak at 663 nm of CaS. Bi3+was observed The phusphor has long aftor glow parsistenlt.

采用固相反应法用Bi2O3、CaSO4、碳粉、NH4Cl作原料,经高温灼烧.合成了CaS:Bi红色磷光体。该荧光粉有较长的红色余辉,与CaS:Eu类似,可代替CaS:Eu夜光粉用于制造夜光塑料、夜光涂料、夜光瓷,开发夜光仿玉、夜光红宝石、夜光花瓶等产品。

CaS:Bi 3+ ,Eu 2+ phosphor are firstly,synthesized by microwave radiation method in this paper,By the means of XRD,SEM and the fluorescent spectroscopy,the phosphor has been characterized.It shows that in the condition of different Bi 3+ and Eu 2+ ionic doped concentration,the phosphor will possess different sizes and aspects. Because of the energy transfer of Bi 3+ Eu 2+ ,Bi 3+ can efficiency enhance the luminescence of CaS:Eu 2+ phosphor.

在微波场作用下 ,首次快速合成了CaS :Bi3 + Eu2 + 红色磷光体 系统考察了Bi3 + 、Eu2 + 双掺时各种掺杂浓度对磷光体的晶粒尺寸、形貌及发光性质的影响 ,发现Bi3 + 与Eu2 + 离子之间存在着能量传递作用 ,Bi3 + 对CaS :Eu2 + 发光有显然的敏化和增强作用
