     In order to get the data of substance character and thermodynamics used in engineering design and scale-up,densities and viscosities of the binary mixture of styrene with n-octane were determined between (293.15) K and 363.15 K under atmospheric pressure by using a vibrating U-shaped sample tube densimeter and Ubbelohde suspended-level viscometer. Density values were used in the determination of excess molar volume. Viscosities were used to calculate the deviations of viscosity.

    Excess enthalpies H~E of water-acetonitrile system are measured at 30℃,35℃ and 40℃ with Calvet micro-calorimeter, and excess volums V~E of the system are obtained at 10℃, 35℃ and 45℃ with precision density meter(Model DMA55).
