By single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment, the liquid fermentation medium and techonlogical conditions of Bacillus subtilis BS-6 were optimized. The result showed that optimum medium was sucrose 3 % + peptone 1 % + yeast extract paste 0.5%+ KH2PO4 0.45 % + (NH4 )2SO4 0.25 % + calcium carbonate 0.2%.
