Several indexes,in different levels of organization form molecular level to population and ecosystem level,should be simultaneously detected...

根据全面实现生物监测基本任务以及有效服务于环境管理的需要,剖析了我国水生生物监测技术规范的局限性,提出调整和完善监测项目及指标,调整监测频率,改进监测方法等若干修订意见。建议对一份样品或一个试验,同时测定包括分子、细胞、器官、个体、种群乃至生态系统水平的多项指标,特别应注意增加分子生态毒理学方面指标,以突出生物监测的早期预报作用。

This study monitored some important molecular ecotoxicological indicators of fish intoxicated by benzo(a) pyrene(BaP). The decrease of ATPase activity, increase of DNA adduct level and GST activity in fish exposed to BaP compare to control fish received DMSO only were significant. There was, however, no apparent change in EROD activity.The result suggested the important effect of intoxication of BaP on fish.

通过测定典型的多环芳烃类物质苯并(a)芘(BaP)致毒后鱼体内几种重要分子生态毒理学指标的变化,来反映苯并(a)芘致毒对鱼体的影响.结果表明,肝脏ATPase活性降低,GST活性升高,DNA加合物相对标记水平(RAL)也增大,而EROD活性没有明显改变.这说明苯并(a)芘致毒对鱼体正常生命活动产生了重大影响,并具有潜在的致癌性.
