The treatment of ramee degelatinization Waste by anaerobic tube type digester一aerobic Proc积粥was studied.At a HRT of1 .3一1.5 days,inflow rate 90m3/d.PH 9.0,jnfjuent COD 6400ms/L,the tube一ty讲digester could removed 70%of init讯lCoD,with orsanic Ioading 4.4kg CoD/m3·d and biosas)oductionrateo·44m3/m3·d.with contact oxidation HRT of6一8hours,时low rate 1200m3/d,邝moval rater of COD and BOD,could reach 70 and 90%res讲ctively,and the COD concentra-tion of effluent was 150mg/L,BODS 18mg/L,pH 7.3.

采用管道厌氧消化——好氧处理苎麻脱胶废水。管道厌氧反应器在进水pH值为9.0左右,COD6400mg/L,处理水量为90m~3/d,水力滞留时间1.3~1.5d条件下,有机负荷率为4.4kgCOD/m~3·d,COD去除率为57%,出水pH7.2,产气率0.44m~3/m~3·d,好氧处理水量1200m~3/d,进水pH8.0,接触氧化停留时间6~7h时,出水pH7.3,COD150mg/L。

The rapid growth of Chinese ramie textile industry requires a suita-ble and economical process of treating ramie- refining wastewater. This papcr intro-duced the charactcristics of this wastewater which cause difficulties in its treat-ment and the existing treating methods. Based on this. a better process for trating this wastewater was put forword.

我国苎麻产量位居世界之首,苎麻纺织品在国际市场上有一定竞争力。苎麻纺织工业的迅速发展,提出了治理苎麻脱胶废水的艰巨任务。本文在叙述了苎麻脱胶废水的难处理特性之后,分析介绍了该种废水的处理技术现状,提出了该种废水处理较佳的工艺流程。

This paper shows that the ramie waste watertreated smoke gasbiochemical process can meet the national discharge standard of COD with low operation costf(0.0886 yuan RMB per cubic metre), less investment and easy management.

采用烟道气─生物法处理苎麻脱胶废水,经两年多实践表明,在操作条件下,处理后的废水中COD浓度低于国家规定的排放标准,运行费用0.0886元/m3废水。具有投资省,运行费用低,管理方便等特点。
