We also built the corresponding three-dimension model ofthe Ginseng polypeptide. The stereo structure of the model indicated that the resultof the conformation analysis corresponded to the conclusion of the secondary structureprediction. Ginseng is a renowned and precious medico-botanical which contains many che-mical compositions possessing physiological function such as Ginseng saponin, Ginsengpolysaccharid, etc,. Ando et al found the root of Ginseng contained an activepeptide which possessed antilipolysis function when they studied the effective compo-sition of Ginseng to cure diabetes mellitus in 1980. However, there was not any re-search report about the amino acide sequence and the structure of the peptide up tonow. Recent years, Zhang Jin et al were making a lot of researches on the ac-tive polypeptide of Ginseng. Not only did they obtain the pure peptide by means ofseparation and purification, but also determine the amino acid sequence of the poly-peptide molecule for the first time, that is: Glu-Thr-Val-Glu-Ile-Ile-Asp-Ser-Glu-Gly-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala Based on the primary structure,the secondary structure was studied preliminarily.The determination of the peptide structure in solution by circular dichroism and theprediction of the secondary structure of the peptide showed that the conformation ofGinseng polypeptide molecule was mainly helical structure. Here we report our further works. We predicted the secondary structure of Gin-seng polypeptide in detail by Chou-Fasman method; did the theoretical researches onthe molecular conformation, including calculation of the relative conformational energyand atomic coordinate of the molecule by ECEPP/2 program combined with informa-tion from crystallographic database, simulation of the possible energy-minimized con-formation by energy-optimized method and build of the three-dimension model of thepolypeptide molecule by the computer molecule-graphic system.

本文对抗脂解活性的人参多肽的结构进行了分析.在一级结构的基础上预测了其二级结构含有较多的α螺旋,后接一段无规卷曲.应用分子力学方法,结合晶体数据库信息,计算了人参中抗脂解十四肽分子的相对构家能量和原子坐标,模拟了构象能量优化过程,得到了可能的最低能量构象.并利用计算机分子图形技术建立了相应的人参抗脂解十四肽的三维分子模型.模型的空间结构表明构象分析结果与二级预测的结论很好地相符。
