Conditions of preparation of copper-lead alloy powder
      


The effects of sulphur and RE on microstructure and fatigue strength of Cu-Pb al-loy have been investigated in this paper. The results showed that sulphur and RE can refine the microstructure of Cu-Pb alloy, but its fatigue strength decreases with the increase of sulphur, and increases with RE. Further-more, the relation between the mi-crostructure and fatigue strength has also been studied herein.

本文考察了硫和稀土对铜铅合金组织和疲劳性能的影响.结果表明,硫和稀土都能使铜铅合金组织细化,但硫降低其疲劳性能,而稀土能提高其疲劳性能.此外,探讨了铜铅合金组织和疲劳性能的关系.
