Four ears received implants for same period but without electrical stimulation. The other two ears served as normal control.The results indicated: 1) Chronic electrical stimulation of the cochlea within electrochemically safe limits did not influence the hearing of kittens and the normal delivery of impulses evoked by acoustic and electrical signals on . the auditory brainstem pathway. 2) The wave shapes of EABRs were similar to those of ABRs. The amplitudes of EABRs showed a significant increase following chronic electrical stimulation, resulting in a leftward shift in the input/ output function. The absolute latencies and interwave latencies of waves Ⅱ-Ⅲ, Ⅲ-Ⅳ and Ⅱ-Ⅳ were significantly shorter than those of ABRs.These results imply that there was no adverse effect of chronic electrical stimulation on the maturing auditory systems of kittens using these electrical parameters and the mechanism of electrical hearing should be further studied.

Objective:To provide experimental morphologic bases of fatigue resistance in preparation of myocardial plastic surgery using skeleton muscle.Methods:Four adult rabbits subjected to continuous electrical stimulation in latissimus dorsi muscles at frequency of 2 Hz for 4 weeks.Results:The latissimus dorsi muscle subjected to chronic stimulation showed a remarkable increase in the mitochondria and the glycogen granules.Conclusions:Such changes suggested that resistance to fatigue was probably enhanced.

对4只家兔背阔肌以2HZ的频率电刺激4W,在电镜下观察超微结构的变化,并作计量分析。慢性电刺激可使线粒体含量明显增加,在Ⅰ型纤维内由4.53%增至6.24%;在Ⅱ型纤维内由2.95%增至3.78%。肌糖原颗粒的数目也显著增加。并就骨骼肌耐疲劳转化的机理及电刺激条件进行了探讨,为骨骼肌动力型心肌成形术中耐疲劳转化提供实验形态学依据。

The effect of aminophylline on mechanical character of diaphragm muscle after chronic electrical stimulation (CES)have not yet been ex plored.We wondered whether there might be great different effect of aminophyllin e on that for normal and after CES. The twitch tension(Pt)、time to peak tension (TPT)、half-relaxation time(1/2 RT)、tetanic tension(Po)、fatigue index (FI) and fatigue recovery index(FRI) were respectively measured in normal group(NG) and CES group(CESG) with amoniphylline . There were more significant increase in Pt and Po ,and more significant decrease in FI and FRIS in CESG than that in NG( P <0.01).however ,those variations in 10Hz and 20Hz group were more sign ificant than that in 50Hz and 100Hz group. We considered it might be an importan t clinical role for aminophylline to prevent and treat diaphragm muscle fatigue .

研究氨茶碱对慢性电刺激后兔膈肌肌条力学特征的影响。分别测定正常对照组和CES组加氨茶碱后的颤搐收缩张力(Pt)、峰值张力时间(TPT)、1/2松驰时间(1/2RT)、强直颤搐收缩张力(Po)、 疲劳指数(FI)和疲劳恢复指数(FRI)。氨茶碱明显增加CES组Pt和Po,降低FI和FRI,但对10Hz和20Hz组的作用明显强于50Hz和100Hz组。氨茶碱对预防和治疗膈肌疲劳具有一定的临床意义。
