It was proved that the measurement repeatability of the whole measurement system is less than ±1×10~(-6) in frequency domain ranging from 1 MHz to 200 MHz, and the measurement error is less than ±2×10~(-6) in frequency domain ranging from 30 MHz to 200 MHz.
