In this paper, the design theory and formulas based on classical mechanics, experiment verify and practice use are put forward. The calculation result for assembly stresses with finite element method is difficult to realize with theory calculation. Some calculation methods and some problem considered are unprecedented. Some datum, for example safety factor and allowable stress are put forward based on production practice.

在经典力学、实验验证和实际应用的基础上提出了空心铸铁辊的设计理论和方法。其中用有限元法对装配应力进行的计算难以用理论计算实现 ;提出的某些计算方法及所考虑的问题具有创新性 ;提出的设计数据如安全系数、许用应力均根据生产实践的应用所确定。
