Today, an increasing number of applications will require secure multicast services which can support the security in multicast communications, however, the currently Internet provides no support for that. So we propose a secure multicast scheme with decentralized key management. This scheme deal with subgroup and group member dynamic efficiently and has improved multicast scalability and security.
