In this paper, the thixotropic behaviours of HDPE/CaC03 system have been systematically studied under steady shearing state.Experimental results confirmed that the thixotropic kinetic theory was valid for this system and could be used as a guide for selecting optimum processing conditions.

The new model is different from that based on Jeffery's equations and is established in terms of Stokes'drag law and Newton's second law. Comparisons of the resent presults Of both dynamic equation of fiber rotation and computer simulation are made with those results...

本文提供了预测低浓度短纤维填充聚合物粘性流体(熔体或溶液)在剪切和拉伸应力同时作用下的流动过程的数学方法。新的数学模型是建立在Stokes曳引定律和牛顿第二定律的基础上的,它不同于建立在Jeffery方程基础上的现存方法。对于悬浮体的流动过程的数值分析采用了有限元法。从纤维运动方程式和流动过程的计算机模拟结果两个方面把本数学模型与基于Jeffery方程的数学模型作了比较。此外,还将在剪切应力作用下的悬浮体复合粘度变化的计算机模拟结果与以前的研究者得出的结果作了比较。

本文采用“上升余弦脉冲法”测量熔体粘弹性的新技术,设计了一系列新颖的实验方法,针对HDPE/CaCO_3体系,系统地研究了在静态下填充聚合物内粒子堆砌形态以及在流动过程中该形态的变化与熔体粘弹性的关系。从而揭示了填充聚合物在流动过程中的粘弹机理。
