Methods The stability of pressure in 9 CPAP instruments commonly used at present in our country was studied. Results In the static pressure test, most are unable to keep a constant pressure value at the output terminal, although some of the instruments having spontaneous leak compensation function are obviously better than those without; the pressure stability varies with different types (P<0.01). In the dynamic pressure difference test, the pressure stabilizes well when the difference between expiratory and inspiratory pressure is less than 1 cm H 2O. The deviation of the output terminal pressure increases along with the increase of pressure difference. Conclusion The setting pressure of CPAP should be properly adjusted corresponding to the output terminal pressure, or there would be direct impact on the effect of therapy and long-term compliance.

目的 通过比较经鼻持续正压通气治疗仪的设定压力值与输出终端压力值 ,探讨正压通气治疗仪治疗压力的稳定性 ,为提高治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的有效性提供依据。方法 对国内常用的 9种正压通气治疗仪治疗压力的稳定性进行测试研究。结果 静态压力测试 ,多种正压通气治疗仪均不能保持一个恒定的输出终端压力 ,部分有漏气自动压力补偿功能的正压通气治疗仪明显优于无自动压力补偿的正压通气治疗仪 ;不同机型压力稳定性不同 (P <0 0 1) ;同一机型测试条件不同 ,压力稳定性有变化 (P <0 0 1) ;动态压力测试 ,呼气 /吸气压力差值小于 1cmH2 O时 ,压力稳定性较好。压力差值越大 ,输出终端的压力偏差越大 ,最大压差 3 6 5cmH2 O。结论 应适当调整正压通气治疗仪的设定压力与输出终端压力值 ,使两者相吻合 ,否则将直接影响患者的治疗效果和长期应用的顺应性。

The paper related the mimic pressure control system with or without closed circuit, made the comparisons with the original pressure control method, under the mimic status, it has the minor wave range of pressure and the advantages of safety and stability.

为了控制炭黑气力输送的终端压力,根据工艺给出压力系统的传递函数。提出利用PLC的PID自整定功能,用现场总线技术与变频器通讯控制风机的运行,对储料仓压力进行闭环控制。文中对有、无闭环压力控制系统进行了仿真,提出与原有压力控制方式相比,在仿真状态下,具有压力波动范围小、安全稳定性高等优点。
