本文建立了模拟车辆发动机驱动二次元件的转速控制系统和传动桥轮边加载二次元件的转矩控制系统的数学模型。在此基础上,对校正前后的转速和转矩控制系统进行了开环频域特性分析。并利用MATLAB软件,对该系统进行了输出响应特性仿真,依此对系统的控制精度和响应特性进行了较为详细的分析。所得有关结论,为车辆传动桥二次调节模拟加载系统的设计提供了依据。

The influence of hydraulic and mechanical coupling

针对重型车辆传动桥二次调节模拟加载试验台,分析了液压耦合和机械耦合对系统控制性能的影响。仿真研究结果表明,模拟驱动的转速控制子系统与模拟二桥和轮边负载的转矩控制子系统之间的机械耦合干扰误差较大,明显降低了系统的控制精度。通过在系统中加入特定的解耦控制元件,实现了二次调节模拟加载系统的解耦,使各子系统成了接近完全独立的控制系统,有效地消除了耦合的不利影响,使系统的控制性能得到了显著改善。所采用的解耦方法,为实现二次调节模拟加载试验台的解耦控制、进一步提高整个试验台的工作性能,提供了一种有效的途径。
