A new method for the preparation of nanocrystalline ceramic films was proposed, and α-Al2O3 films were deposited On a Ni-Al alloy substrate and then heat-treated, the films with nanocrystalline structure were characterized by SEM and TEM. The process of the new method is as follows: an initial liquid is atomized and travels through a high temperature flame, chemical reactions taking place, and deposited on a substrate, then the film obtained is heat-treated.

A new method for preparation of nanostructured ceramic film (coating) is proposed. The initial liquid which was prepared by dissolving organo-metallic compound into inflammable dissolvent was atomized and burned in the air, and hence nanostructured ceramic film was deposited, α - Al12O3 was tested with isoalcohol-aluminium solution. Combustion gas, inflammable dissolvent, the size and pressure of atomization spout were determined by the complete combustion calculation, the experimental atomization of initial liquid and experiments of combustion temperature and mass density. As a result, a - Al2O3 film had been deposited and further crystallized by heating. The conclusion is that the ideal crystallization, surface appearance, microstructure of nanostructured α - Al2O3 film is found in the experimental results by XRD,SEM and TEM.

A new method for preparation of nanostructured ceramic film (coating) is proposed. Take α-Al_2O_3 as an example, the initial liquid which was prepared by dissolving organo-metallic compound into inflammable dissolvent toluene was atomized and burned in the O_2-C_2H_2 flame, and hence nanostructured ceramic film was deposited on the Ni-Al alloy substrate. Phase variable dynamic equation of chemical reaction of inflame system was proposed. On the principle of complete combustion and liquid continuation equation, the outflow quantity of initial liquid and the pressure of O_2 of build-up nozzle were calculated. A proper quantity of O_2 was determined by atomization experiments. This paper analyzed some parameters which may cause heterogeneously growing while proper parameters were determined. The conclusion is that it is feasible to prepare nanostructured ceramic film by dissolving organo-metallic compound into inflammable dissolvent.

提出了直接在空气中沉积纳米陶瓷薄膜的新方法———燃烧化学沉积法。以沉积αAl2O3为例,用异醇铝溶于易燃溶剂甲苯中形成原始溶液,将该溶液雾化并穿过氧乙炔火焰,在火焰前方的基体上形成了αAl2O3纳米陶瓷薄膜。提出了火焰体系化学反应的相变动力学公式,按完全燃烧原理和流体连续方程计算出专用喷嘴的原料液体流量及氧压力,并进行雾化试验,确定出合理的耗氧量,对可能由于工艺参数不合适导致的不均匀生长进行了分析,提出了合理的工艺参数。结果表明,用金属有机化合物溶于易燃溶剂中进行燃烧制备纳米陶瓷薄膜的工艺方法是可行的。
