本文研究高频反应溅射工艺制备氧化镍电变色薄膜及其光学性能.电变色性能良好的氧化镍薄膜具有“grey”的变色特性,并且具有较高的红外透过特性,当沉积在镀有 SnO_2∶F 导电薄膜的窗玻璃上,其漂白态的太阳透过率为70%,着色态为30%.同时,本文还提出了新的氧化镍薄膜电变色机理,即碱金属离子与电子的共注入和共抽出导致薄膜变色.

The nickel oxide films deposited by DC magnetron reactive sputtering are introduced. The electrochromic porperties, response time,open circuit memory and cycling lifetime of the nickel oxide films were studied. The experimental results indicated that the selection of the transmittance of virgin films,electrochemical testing ways and condition all have effect on the electrochromic properties of nickel oxide films.

本文介绍了直流磁控反应溅射制备的氧化镍薄膜。研究了所沉积的氧化镍薄膜的电致变色性能、响应速度、开路记忆能力及循环寿命。实验结果表明:氧化镍薄膜初始态透射率和电化学测试方法与条件的选择对其电致变色性能有较大的影响。

Nickel oxide thin films were deposited by de reactive magnetron spu tring.XRDand TEM were used to study the crystal structure of nickel oxide films,And the influence of techni-cal parameters on crystal structure ot nickel tilms were discussed.
