Surface-knurled plate is widely used in archilecture,shipbuilding,communication,and machino-facture.The technology is characterized by large reduction of the knurling stand,larger force.much more load increase of the main motor,inhomogeneous deformation and more roll consump-tion,This paper describes the experimental research of rolling composite pattern plate,in which theroll with eight kinds of surface pattern was used and the dimensions of the pattern were dctcrmined.At high temperature,the relative reduction was in the range of 25 to 30%,the diameter ofthe pattern roll was 5 to 7ram larger them the smooth roll,and the hardness of the roll surfacedecreased to 54~60HS.We have succeeded in producing rolled steel floor plate on the domestic1700mm continuous hot strip mill.The height of pattern reached 1.56mm and the average produ-ction of each roll was 1352 tons.The further improvment was also discussed.

表面有花纹的钢板,美观、且能增加摩擦,节约钢材,在建筑、造船、交通及机械制造等行业得到广泛应用。轧制时,压花机架压下量大、轧制力高、主电机负荷急剧增加、变形不均匀、轧辊易掉肉而增加辊耗。用一根辊面刻有八种花纹的组合花纹辊,做组合花纹板轧制试验,确定花纹尺寸,采用高温轧制,压花机架相对压下率为25~30%,花纹辊比平辊直径大5~7mm,轧辊表面硬度降至54~60 Hs。通过改造出口护板等合理工艺措施,在我国自行设计制造的1700 mm热连轧机上成功地生产了花纹板,花纹高度达到1.56mm,平均单辊轧制量为1352 t,均达到国内先进水平。还讨论了双机压花、异经轧制、润滑轧制等新技术使变形抗力降低、辊耗下降、明显改善花纹高度和表面质量。

Yield criteriones of deformed brass strip with textures have been investigated;the effect of surface friction force on some crystal orientation slip deformation is discussed;concept on optimum tribology parameters of rolling lubrication is proposed in this paper.

本文从理论上研究了具有不同织构的铜带在轧制变形中的屈服条件;讨论了在薄材轧制过程中表面摩擦力对晶体某方向滑移系的启动作用;提出了对于某织构体系中存在最佳的轧制润滑摩擦学参数的概念。

In this paper, the reason and regularity of the chatter phenomenon on a cold mill is revealed with the aid of simulation. A point that reasonably increasing friction coefficient can effectively eliminated the Chatter is given.

对某厂宽带钢冷轧机颤振现象的研究与仿真揭示了其颤振发生起因和规律,提出适当增大轧制润滑的摩擦系数可以有效地抑制颤振发生的观点。
