According to the results of experiments,a mathematial model for the regener- ator with the consideration of the effect of dilute phase has been proposed. Based on industrial data,the model parameters have been estimated and their stable values were obtained.

本文的目的是将流态化理论应用于细粉催化剂流化催化裂化再生器数学模型之中。借助于光导纡维测试技术研究了在再生催化剂流化床中颗粒流动速度及其径向分布规律和气泡频率及其径向分布规律。实验所用装置为φ300×11400三维冷模流化床,介质为空气和工业再生催化剂,根据实验结果提出了一个流化催化裂化再生器数学模型。在模型中考虑了稀相的影响,并采用工业数据对所提出的模型进行了模型参数估值,得到了比较稳定的模型参数值。

The main characteristics and performance of the first external heat-removal system with steam-water spontaneous cycling in the regenerator of a FCC unit were expounded in this article. This system not only reduced the capital expenditure of equipment and the operation cost, but also avoided the harmful effect on operation caused by pump failure and similar incidents. It Would contribute to the development of FCC technology.

本文阐述了催化裂化再生器第一套汽-水自然循环外取热系统的特点及运行情况.指出汽-水自然循环节省投资和操作费用,避免了循环泵停电和机械故障对生产的影响,为重油催化裂化技术的发展做出了贡献.

Transport disengaging height,elutriation rate constant and physical parameters incatalytic cracking regenerators have been computed.It can be utilized to improve operationof regenerators and decrease FCC puffed away.The results show that the flow regime incatalytic cracking regenerators is of turbulent fluidization.Secondly,the amount of FCCpuffed away decreases obviously along with the diminishing of superficial velocity.Moreo-ver,the elutriation rate constant is mainly in direct proportion to terminal Reynoldsnumber....

本文对催化裂化再生器内的物性参数、TDH 和扬析速率常数进行了计算,为改善再生器的操作,减少 FCC 吹损指明了方向。计算表明,催化裂化再生器内的流动状态系湍流流态化,随着表观速度 u 的降低,FCC 的吹损量明显下降,扬析速率常数主要与终端雷诺数呈正比。
