After introducing the technical difference into the computation of the contact stress, the computation program on the friction torque of oil film is built up using the lubrication theory. On the basis of experimental and theoretical analysis, the paper presents influence of the relevant factors on the bearing' s starting and running torque. The results show that the main measure reducing the friction torque of bearings is to reduce the technical difference and assure good lubrication.

将工艺误差引入接触应力计算,应用润滑力学理论建立求解油膜阻力矩的计算程序。在大量的试验分析和理论分析的基础上,阐明了轴承起动力矩与动态力矩的相关因素。结果表明,降低轴承摩擦力矩的主要措施是减小工艺误差和保证良好的润滑。
