Methods We studied 86 cases of GIST, p16 gene expression was detected by the immunohistochemical staining method,cell proliferation was detected by the silver colloid method for argyrophilic nucleolar organizer regions proteins (AgNORs) and by the immunohistochemical staining method for proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Ki-67,cell apoptosis was detected by the in situ end labeling method for cell apoptotic index (APl).

Therefore, we think that we may further observe the change of proliferating cell fraction with Ki-67 positive fraction of leukemic cell by ABC immunostaning method and use it as an index for studying leukimia clinically.
The results showed:1.PJV had no direct cytotoxicity on the YAC-1 tumor cells,but it could stimulate the mononuclear spleen cells to proliferate in the concentration of 3.9 to 62.5% μg/ml,and the proliferating cells had no killer activity on the tumor target cells.
