IL 2 and IFN γ were detected only in allogeneic group,with a specificity of 70% and 67%(7/10 and 8/12),and a sensitivity of 39% and 44%(7/18 and 8/18)respectively.Conclusion Bile cytology and detection of IL 2 and IFN γmRNA transcript are useful adjuvant diagnosic methods for acute rejection after liver transplantation.

目的 为肝移植术后急性排斥反应寻找可靠而又无创伤的诊断方法。方法 应用袖套技术建立大鼠原位肝移植模型 ,分为同种异体移植组 ,同基因移植组和免疫抑制组 ,依据病理学变化诊断肝移植术后急性排斥反应 ,光学显微镜定量胆汁细胞学检查 ,应用逆转录多聚酶链反应技术检测术后 1、2、3、5、7d胆汁中细胞因子IL 2、IFN γ、IL 4和IL 6基因表达。结果 同种异体移植组胆汁中细胞数持续升高 ,并出现淋巴母细胞和淋巴细胞。同种异体移植组检测到IL 2和IFN γmRNA转录 ,其特异性分别为 70 %和 67% ( 7/10和 8/12 ) ,敏感性分别为 3 9% ( 7/18)和 4 4 % ( 8/18)。 3组胆汁中均检测到IL 4、IL 6基因表达。结论 胆汁细胞学检查和细胞因子IL 2、IFN γ基因表达检测是急性排斥反应有效而又无创伤的辅助诊断方法。

Objective\ To study the discordant cardiac xenotransplantation, the model of rat to rabbit heterotopic cardiac xenotransplantation was established.\ Methods\ Sprague\|Dawley rats served served as donors and New Zealand white rabbits as the recipients.\ The aorta and the main pulmonary artery of the donor were anastomosed with the right common carotid artery and the external jugular vein of the recipient respectively with the cuff technique.\ Results\ 48 times of formal transplantation were done with the successful rate being 100%.\ The ischemic time of the donor heart were 12±5 minutes and the anastomosis time were only 2~4 minutes.\ Conclusion\ In this model, the localization in the model of celiac cardiac xenotransplantation is overcome and the transplanting technique is simplified.\;
