In this paper, a sensitivity analysis is adopted to study the dynamic behaviour of a steam turbine foundation. An approach is made to modify the design of turbogenerator foundation. Three examples are given, the numerical results of which show that the thikness variation has less influence on the maximum amplitude of vibration of the foundation. In order to design a good foundation which is of advantage for both dynamic behaviour and engineering cost, it may be achieved by reducing the foundation thickness, the moving positions of the columns, and the varying cross sections of members.

本文采用灵敏度分析方法研究了汽轮机基础底板的厚度对基础动力性能的影响,并分析了改善汽轮机基础设计的途径。文中给出了三个算例,算例表明:基础底板的厚度改变对基础最大振幅影响较小,为了获得一个动力性能好而造价低的基础设计,可以通过适当减薄底板厚度,改变基础框架中柱子的位置以及各构件的截面实现。

FEM is a kind of effective method to analyse the foundation for a power machine.Combined with the sixth phase of Kelamayi power plant in Xinjiang, a dynamic response analysis was given to the foundation of a gas turbine in this paper. The result shows that the current base thickness in design meets the requirement of vibration control, and also the requirement of safety and economy. It offers a reliable reference to the design.

结合新疆克拉玛依电厂六期工程,利用有限元法分析了其燃汽轮机基础的动力响应.指出目前采用的块体基础厚度设计能够满足振动控制要求,符合安全、经济的要求.为设计提供了可靠的参考依据.

On the basis of a project example, introduced is a way of making part of turbogenerator foundation higher with the help of epoxy resin concrete, which can be consulted when we deal with some related problems at worksites.
