    In this paper,with the analysis and research of the evaluation of effectiveness of C~4ISR system,an evaluation method of combat effectiveness based on game theory is proposed. The evaluation model of different kinds of strategies is build by matrix game,which realizes the dynamic evaluation of effectiveness of C~4ISR system in hostile environment. Also the analysis and solution of this model is provided.

In order to improve the ability of adaptation of anti-tank missiles in various gaming circumstances , a new concept employing the theory of differential games to the design of missile controls is presented . A missile - target differential game model is established and numerically solved . Various factors such as the introduction of maneuvering of the target and changes in aerodynamic forces on the missiles etc , aifecting the flight - control loop design, is discussed . As conventional feedback control can only adapt to a single condition of flight being thus unable to meet the multiplicity of missile control response characteristics in recurring in the course of flight , this proposal provides a way out, capable of suggesting useful data in intelligent control of missiles .

In the complex environment of interference confrontation,to solve the accuracy problem of increasing information processing(for example,tracking problem of maneuvering targets with many sorts of means of interference confrontation). This paper presents a new method of anti interference information processing based on the system with random changing structure.This method can identify the states of random interference and arrive at a decision about optimization and utilization of system resources(for example,sensor's optimum reconfiguration).This algorithm can reduce the effect of interference on information processing accuracy as a maximum limitation.Simulation for the algorithm's characteristic is conducted.Simulation results proved this method effective.

为了解决在复杂的干扰对抗环境中提高信息处理的准确性问题(例如,对具有多种干扰对抗手段的机动目标的跟踪问题),基于结构随机跳变系统理论提出了一种反干扰信息处理的新方法,该方法针对干扰环境的随机剧烈变化,适时地辨识干扰环境的当前状态,并作出相应的决策来优化和利用系统的资源(例如传感器的优化重组、信息融合算法的转换等),最大限度地降低干扰对信息处理精度的影响.以有效地提高信息优化处理的精确度.在本文中就该方法的性能与其它算法做了仿真比较,其仿真结果证实了该方法的有效性.
