Recently,intellect system has been developed to a level of intellect antagonism.In antagonistic environment,it is a fundamental issue to identify patterns in the opponents'behaviors and anticipate opponents'dynamic intention,so it is necessary to model the opponents.This paper proposes a new method of modeling opponents in adversarial multi-robot system,based on the model of BDI(Belief,Desire,Intention) and combined with common epistemology.The method has been applied to the soccer robot system and the experiment results show that this method can well enhance the system's performance and intelligence degree.

近年来发展起来的智能系统,已经发展到了智能对抗的水平。在对抗的环境中,由于存在竞争的一方,实时跟踪对手的行为状态、分析对手的思维和意图是对抗活动的基本前提,建立对手模型很有必要。在Agent的BDI模型的基础上结合普遍的认知规律,提出一种对抗性多机器人系统中的对手建模模型。提到的方法在足球机器人系统中得到了应用,经过实战的检验,该策略很好地满足了系统的智能要求。

A reinforcement learning agent model with intention tracking has been proposed to overcome the lagging in action in dynamic confrontation multi-agent systems (MAS) environment. The information of opponents and that of the environment have been treated differently. Based on reinforcement learning, the paper pays more attention on the intention tracking of the opponents. A reinforcement learning agent model with intention tracking has been proposed to overcome the lagging in action in dynamic confrontation multi-agent systems (MAS) environment. The information of opponents and that of the environment have been treated differently. Based on reinforcement learning, the paper pays more attention on the intention tracking of the opponents. The intention tracking theory of Tambe have been improved, and opponent models and group-opponent models have been set up to track opponent intentions for forecasting the opponent's targets and revising agent-self's actions. Simulations have provided experimental results proving that agents with this model are more autonomic and adaptive.

针对动态对抗的多agent系统(MAS)环境中agent行为前摄性较差的问题,提出了一种将意图跟踪和强化学习相结合的agent模型.该模型将对手信息和环境信息分开处理,在agent的BDI心智模型中引入了Q-学习机制应对环境变化;在强化学习的基础上注重对对手和对手团队的意图跟踪,改进Tambe的意图跟踪理论,针对特定对抗环境中的对手行为建立对手模型,跟踪对手和对手团队的意图,预测对手目标,以调整自身行为.实验证明,所提出的agent模型具有更强的自主性和适应性,在动态对抗系统中具有更强的生存能力.

The existing plan recognition models are efficient only in collaborative field, so a plan recognition approach based on Bayesian belief network model is proposed to suit the adversarial multi-agent environment. Several typical rules of robotic soccer were studied and experiments were done by using the robot soccer simulation game. The simulation results show that the collaborations of the whole team and the ratio of winning game were both improved remarkably.

针对当前规划识别限于协作多智能体领域的问题,提出了一种适用于对抗环境下智能体的基于Bayesian网络模型的规划识别方案以识别其他智能体的动作目标.研究了机器人足球的几个典型规划,并利用机器人足球比赛仿真系统进行了测试,仿真结果表明该方案有效地增强了智能体间的协作,提高了球队的获胜率.
