Applying the condition required for spatial holes burned to be washed out given by reference [7] it is shown tbat generally the light intensity superposition principle can always be used for CW gas lasers. Further more, we give the conditions required for the diffusion terms in the first simplified equations to be removed so that another pair of equations can be obtained. It is also pointed out that the diffusion terms in the transport, equations can not be neglected if the field strength superposition principle is used.

本文就联合二能级气体激光器(包括流动气体激光器)证明,只要扩散速度之快足以消除空间烧孔,则在输运方程的受激发射和受激吸收项中可应用光强叠加原则,从而导出第一简化方程。进一步利用文献[7]所证明的空间烧孔消除所要求的条件表明,在一般情况下,对连续波激光器均可采用光强叠加原则,本文还进一步给出在第一简化方程中略去扩散项而得到第二简化方程的条件,同时指出,如果采用场强叠加,则不允许略去输运方程中的扩散项。

Laser clad Ni based alloy coating with 20%(vol%)SiC(NiSiC) on 16Mn steel substrate has been obtained by 5kW CO 2 continuous wave laser implement. Microstructure morphology and phase structure of the laser clad alloy coating have been studied,and microhardness and the performance of sliding wear test of the coating have been discussed in contrast to laser clad Ni based alloy coating(Ni60). The result shows that the microstructure of laser clad alloy coating is consisted of γ dendrite solid solution and the eutectic structure between the dendrites. Constituent phases of the coating mainly have γ Ni,γ (Fe,Ni),(Cr,Fe) 7C 3,Cr 23 C 6 and (Cr,Si) 3Ni 3Si. Microhardness and sliding wear resistance of the NiSiC coating are higher than that of the Ni60 coating.

利用 5kWCO2 连续波激光器在 1 6Mn钢基材表面对含 2 0 % (体积比 )SiC陶瓷粉末的镍基自熔性合金粉末进行激光熔覆得到Ni基SiC合金涂层 (NiSiC)。研究了合金涂层的组织形貌及相结构 ,并用单纯的镍基合金涂层 (Ni6 0 )进行了显微硬度及滑动磨损性能的对比试验。结果表明 ,NiSiC合金涂层由γ枝晶及其间的共晶组织组成 ,主要组成相为γ Ni,γ (Ni,Fe)固溶体和 (Cr ,Fe) 7C3 ,Cr2 3 C6及 (Cr ,Si) 3 Ni3 Si等化合物。添加SiC的镍基合金涂层NiSiC比单纯的镍基合金涂层Ni6 0具有较高的硬度和耐磨性。
