Samples of MoO_3-NiO/γ-Al_2O_3 with different Ni content or Mo content have been investigated with XRD,XPS and UV diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.For investigating the effect of nickel on the dispersion of MoO_3 on γ-Al_2O_3 surface, a series of NiO/γ-Al_2O_3 samples(NiO loading from 0.05 to 0.356g NiO/g γ- Al_2O_3,γ-Al_2O_3 S.A.185 m~2/g)were prepared by impregnation and calcined at 550℃ for 24 hours.The dispersion threshold(i.g.the maximum disper- sion capacity)for NiO on γ-Al_2O_3 determined quantitatively by XRD from the amount of detectable crystalline NiO is 0.09g NiO/100m~2 γ-Al_2O_3.Seven MoO_3- NiO/γ-Al_2O_3 samples were then prepared by impregnating each NiO/γ-Al_2O_3 sample mentioned above with aqueous solution of amonium metamolybdate and calcining at 500℃ for 24 hours.The dispersion threshold of MoO_3 on NiO/γ- Al_2O_3 for each MoO_3-NiO/γ-Al_2O_3 sample with certain amount of NiO loading have also been determined hy XRD.It is of interest to note that the disper- sion threshold for MoO_3 on NiO/γ-Al_2O_3 surface goes up(from 0.30 to 0.44g MoO_3/g γ-Al_2O_3)with the increase of NiO loading(from 0 to 0.356g NiO)in MoO_3-NiO/γ-Al_2O_3 system.The result of UV reflectance spectroscopy shows the existance of“surface NiAl_2O_4”,in which both tetrahedral coordination(590- 630nm)and octahedral coordination(400nm)of Ni are present,for lower NiO loading(less than its threshold loading),and the existance of both“surface NiAl_2O_4”and NiO for high NiO loading(greater than its threshold loading). The Ni both in“surface NiAl2O_4”state with octahedral coordination and in crystalline NiO form on γ-Al_2O_3 surface can interact with MoO_3 to a certain extent and promote the dispersion of MoO_3 on γ-Al_2O_3.The results of XPS determination support the results of XRD and UV diffuse reflectance spectro- scopy.

采用浸渍法制备了一组 NiO/γ-Al_2O_3样品,经550℃焙烧24小时,由 UV 漫反射光谱测定结果表明,当镍含量低于它在γ-Al_2O_3表面上的分散阈值(0.09g NiO/100m~2)时,镍处在氧的四面体和八面体两种配位中,以“表面镍尖晶石”的形式存在,当镍的含量超过此阈值时,同时出现 NiO 的特征谱带,以这些镍含量不同的 NiO/γ-Al_2O_3样品再浸渍上钼,制备了几组含镍一定量而 MoO_3载量不同的样品(450℃,24小时),应用 X 射线衍射,X 射线光电子能谱以及 UV 漫反射光谱等方法进行研究.结果表明:在 MoO_3-NiO/γ-Al_2O_3体系中,助催化剂 NiO会提高 MoO_3在γ-Al_2O_3表面的分散量,单层上处在八面体配位的镍或剩余的晶相 NiO 都能与 MoO_3相互作用,并有助于 MoO_3在γ-Al_2O_3表面分散,MoO_3在γ-Al_2O_3表面的最大分散量随 NiO 的含量的增加而增加.
