本研究通过外语课堂焦虑量表 (FLCAS)在我国大学生中初步应用及因素分析 ,结果发现 :(1)中文版FLCAS具有较好的信度和效度 ,可用于今后的有关研究或实际工作。 (2 )我国大学生在学习英语过程中产生的焦虑主要包括担心、紧张不安、害怕说英语和害怕课堂提问等四个方面 ;(3)女大学生的外语焦虑水平显著低于男大学生 ,这可能女性的语言能力相对较强有关 ;(4)我国非英语专业大学生的外语学习焦虑水平显著低于国外学习其它外语的大学生 ,这可能跟他们外语学习的经历较长有关。

The relative researches on foreign language anxiety in learning foreign languages offered by scholars in this field are reviewed in this paper in which anxieties on both general and specific aspects of Foreign Language learning are especially concerned. Due to the special characteristics of the participants used in educational research: students, generalizability is often not really possible. So the studies must be replicated with a larger sample at a variety of school environments.

本文简要论述了国内外外语教学专家有关外语学习过程中出现的外语焦虑问题的研究,其中包括对某些普遍现象和个别现象方面的相关性研究。由于不同教育领域里学生的特点具有特定性,因此,许多研究必须以更大的样本在各类学校、环境里去复证。

The present study uses the theoretical model and questionnaire(FLCAS)of Horwitz et al.The questionnaire was distributed to 225 Chinese college students. We investigated the relationship between anxiety and foreign language test scores.

采用Horwitz等人制定的外语焦虑量表(FLCAS),通过调查分析了大学生学习英语的焦虑程度与其学习成绩之间的关系及有关特征。
