Meningioma shows morphological heterogeneity in light microscopy.The histo-genesis of meningioma is uncertain.By the use of immunohistochemical staining(ABC and PAP methods).The distribution of Vimentin,Epithelial membrane anti-gen,Light weight cytokeratin,S-100 protein,Keratin and Carcinoembryonic antigenin 28 cases of meningiomas have been investigated.The results demonstrated that meningioma expressed the markers of both mesen-chymal and epithelial tissues.The observation that meningiomas contained both Vimentin filaments and themarkers of epithelial supported the concept of the so-called“meningothelial cell”asthe progenitor cell for menigiomas,exhibiting both epithelial and mesenchymal fea-tures.

脑膜瘤在光镜上显示明显的异质性,除间叶成分外,还存在上皮成分。脑膜瘤的组织发生学还有争论。为此我们对28例脑膜瘤应用免疫组化技术显示波形蛋白(Vim)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)、低分子角蛋白(10·11)、S-100蛋白(S-100)、角蛋白(KT)和癌胚抗原(CEA)。结果表明脑膜瘤除间叶组织标志 Vim 阳性外,部分还表达上皮组织标志,证实脑膜瘤的二元分化。根据脑膜瘤的光镜形态和免疫组化结果提示脑膜瘤来源于一种区别于纤维母细胞和血管内皮细胞的特殊细胞类型,可称之为脑膜上皮细胞,具有向间叶和上皮的分化潜能。

Normal meningial cells (arachnoid granulation) and meningiomas were studied for their expression of intermediate filament proteins by immunohistochemical technique. Meningial cells expressed not only vimentin filament, but also keratin. This reflected their mesenchymal and epithelial characteristics. Meningiomatous cells, including epithelioid. fibroid transitive and angioblas-tic cells exhibited positive reaction to vimentin. On the other hand, four epithelial meningiomas expressed both vimentin and keratin....

Normal meningial cells (arachnoid granulation) and meningiomas were studied for their expression of intermediate filament proteins by immunohistochemical technique. Meningial cells expressed not only vimentin filament, but also keratin. This reflected their mesenchymal and epithelial characteristics. Meningiomatous cells, including epithelioid. fibroid transitive and angioblas-tic cells exhibited positive reaction to vimentin. On the other hand, four epithelial meningiomas expressed both vimentin and keratin. This reflected their biphasic differentiation. Since the meninges and meningioma possessed the same characteristics in expression of intermediate filament proteins. we consider that meningioma are derived from abnormal hyperplasia of the meningial cells.

本文以免疫组化方法研究了中丝蛋白在正常脑膜(蛛网膜颗粒)和脑膜瘤上的表达。脑膜细胞不仅表达了波形蛋白,而且表达了角蛋白、反应了其间皮和上皮的特性。4例上皮型脑膜瘤共同表达了波形蛋白和角蛋白,显示其双相的分化。由于脑膜和脑膜瘤有共同的中丝蛋白表达特征,我们认为脑膜瘤来自脑膜细胞的异常增生。

Using Fos-ABO-DABni in combination with 5-HT-PAP-DAB, a double Immunocytochemical method, colocalization of 5-HT-containing neurons and Fos-like immunoreactive(FLI) cellular nuclei in the nucleus raphe dorsalie(dr) .and the rostral ventral medulla (RVM) following electroacupuncture(EA) of "Quan- Liao" and pain 9]ectrostimulation of the rat tail was investigated. The results showed that the colocalization was found in the dr, the nucleus raphe magnus(rm) and the nucleus reticularis paragigantocellularis lateralis...

The results showed that the colocalization was found in the dr, the nucleus raphe magnus(rm) and the nucleus reticularis paragigantocellularis lateralis in animals after both EA and the pain stimulation group. Neurons colocalization is showing abundant in the RVM and/or more than the half of the FLI nuclei.

应用同一切片,顺序Fos-ABC-DABni和5-HT-PAP-DAB法在电针及痛组大鼠中进行双免疫细胞化学染色法,观察大鼠中脑中缝背核(dr)和延髓头端腹侧区5-HT神经元和Fos免疫阳性胞核的共存研究。观察表明,针刺和痛组动物均可在dr、中缝大核(rm)和巨细胞旁网状外侧核(PGCL)部位观察到Fos和5-HT神经元的共存。但针刺动物在延髓头端腹侧区的共存数较多,远远超过Fos表达数的半数以上。
